Over the last couple weeks there have been a bunch of articles comparing U.S. President Barack Obama to the Star Trek character Spock... Obama screened JJ Abrams’ new Star Trek reboot over the weekend, and it turns out that he liked it:
“Star Trek, we saw this weekend, which I thought was good. There was a whole—the special effects weren’t real good, but the storylines were always evocative, you know, there was a little commentary and a little pop philosophy for a 10-year-old to absorb.”
